SAME DAY SHIPPING
Place your order before 9am PST or 12PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday.
FIRST CLASS MAIL (under 1 lb) / PARCEL SELECT (over 1 lb)
First class is generally 2-5 business days. Depending on your location, and it is considered remote, USPS Ground may take up to 7 business days to deliver. Parcel Select is 2-7 days.
PRIORITY MAIL
USPS priority is usually 2-3 days. Depending on your location, it will take up to 3 days to deliver.
Due to COVID, please allow 1-2 extra business days. Also please allow extra time during the busy holiday shopping season.
USPS will not be liable for, nor shall any adjustment, refund, or credit of any kind be made as a result of any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery or misinformation including but not limited to any such loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, non-delivery or misinformation caused by or resulting from any events beyond the control of USPS including but not limited to perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with apparent or actual authority, acts or omissions of Customs officials, riots, strikes, or other local disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of war or weather conditions, or national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, criminal acts of any person(s) or entities including acts of terrorism, strikes or anticipated strikes, natural disasters, disruption or failure of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to, USPS systems), mechanical delay or conditions that present a danger to USPS personnel.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize for any inconvenience, occasionally FedEx and USPS damage packages along the way. Email us photos of the damaged items and we can help proceed with replacement procedures.
Replacement items are sent out within 15 days of delivery date, any replacement request outside of that window will not be honored.
RETURNS
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Please ship your items to: 6043 Interstate Circle, Cincinnati Ohio 45242, United States. Please email us the tracking number associated with your return.
Returns will only be processed if more than 3/4 of the bottle is full. Empty bottles returned to us will not be refunded.
